None appears for the petitioners at the time of call so also no one had appeared on yesterday as well as on 28.09.2022 to move the bail application. On 28.09.2022, last chance was given to the petitioners to move the bail application. The bail application is pending since 24.12.2021. In view of such development, it pre-supposes that the petitioners are not interested to move the bail. Hence, the bail application stands dismissed for non-prosecution. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Kishore
