This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode.

Heard Mr. B. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

Mr. Dash submits that though investigation has already been completed in connection with Dharakote P.S. Case No.102 dated 16.6.2021 and Charge Sheet has already been filed before the jurisdictional court, however, some of the accused persons have not been charge sheeted. Mr. Mohanty submits that in case the petitioner has any further grievance, he should file a protest petition before jurisdictional court. 4.

In such background, Mr. Das submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the jurisdictional court.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the jurisdictional court. In case such a petition is filed before

// 2 // the jurisdictional court, the said court is directed to proceed with the same in accordance with law.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
