Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

This writ petition involves non-grant of certified copy under the application for grant of certified copy vide Annexure-5 Series. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that even though the application was filed since 12.8.2021, certified copy of the document involved is yet to be granted in favour of the petitioners. Mr.Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that since the application involving grant of certified copy of the document of the year 2008, it will taking some time.

Considering the submission of learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasildar, Paralakhemundi-opposite party no.4 to attend the requirement under Anenxure-5 at least within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioners.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner
