This writ petition involves the following prayer: "The petitioner therefore humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to a direct 4he opp. party no.1 to consider the case of the petitioner and to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Aannexure-8 within a stipulated period and further be pleased to pass such other order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. And for which act of kindness the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever prayed."

Annexure-8 appears to have been filed on 06.09.2021 and this is a writ petition filed on 24.12.2021 not being taken up for over a year. However, in the event the representation vide Annexure-8 is still pending consideration, let a decision, as appropriate be taken by the opposite party no.1 on the same at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. 4.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
