1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode.

2. Counsel for the Petitioner filed a Memo dated 01.01.2022 stating therein that the Petitioner seeks to pursue the settlement with the Bank and accordingly prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with a leave to revive the lis, in case, it is required in future course of time.

3. In view of the Memo filed, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn giving the liberty prayed for.

4.
