Heard Dr. Archana Kanungo, the petitioner in person. 3.

After some arguments were advanced, Dr. Archana Kanungo, the petitioner states that since she has not impleded the selected persons as party to the writ petition along with certain relevant documents, she may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars.
