Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of rejection under Annexure-4 and to incorporate the name of the petitioner in the provisional list.

Mr. S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that in compliance to the notice dated 19.05.2022 issued by the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, the petitioner has already filed his objection, which has been received by the authority on 20.05.2022 as per the endorsement given under Annexure-5 at page-44 of the writ petition.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the objection filed by the petitioner on 20.05.2022 by passing appropriate order in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
