This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking correction in G.R.case number as provided in the bail application. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that instead of G.R.Case No.565 of 2022 inadvertently G.R.Case No.965 of 2022 has been mentioned in the body of the bail application. Accordingly, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for correction of G.R.Case no.

Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to permit the Petitioner to carry out the correction in the bail application. 5.

Accordingly order dated 23.12.2022 stands modified to the extent that in 2nd line of paragraph-4 of the order dated 23.12.2022 in

// 2 // place of "G.R.Case No.965 of 2022" correct G.R.Case No..565 of 2022 be indicated.

In view of the aforesaid modification, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 23.12.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 7.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
