The Petitioner being in custody in connection with CDA Phase-II P.S. Case No.44 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. (Special) Case No.15 of 2021 on the file of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Cuttack for alleged commission of offence under Section -21(c) of the NDPS Act, has filed this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail. 3.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account the submissions made; further keeping in view the role played said to have been played by the Petitioner as also other surrounding circumstances as those emanate from the materials on record; I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
