This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 23.12.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.16283 of 2022.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the I.C.C.Case no. has been mentioned in Bail Application as I.C.C.Case No.292 of 2019, but inadvertently in Paragraph-4 of the order dated 23.12.2022 the I.C.C.Case No. has been mentioned as I.C.C.Case No.292 of 2022.

Considering such submission the year of I.C.C.Case be corrected from '2022' to '2019.

Further, in view of the aforesaid modification, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as

With the aforesaid modification, the Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
