This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Perused the letter dated 20.08.2022 of the learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Balasore in which extension of time has been sought for time for disposal of S.T. Case No.14/127 of 2020 till the end of September, 2022.

Since the date has already been passed in the meantime from the date of letter, time period for disposal of S.T. Case No.14/127 of 2020 is extended till the end of December 2022.

Intimate the trial Court accordingly.
