Since the impugned order is appealable one, the Writ Order No.
Petition is not entertainable at this stage. If the Petitioners are so advised may prefer Appeal. Considering the claim for liberty to file Appeal, this Court permits the Petitioners to file an Appeal within two weeks along with Applications for condonation of delay so also interim protection. In the event the Petitioners are not evicted, they may not be evicted for a period of six weeks, within which period, the Application for interim protection shall be disposed of. Since there will be no delay in filing the Appeal, the delay condonation application shall be considered and allowed and the Appeal will be heard on its own merit.
