Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Petitioner has a limited grievance that even though Review Application has been filed since 11.10.2021 and pending before the Tahasildar, Jatni, vide annexure-5, the same remains undisposed of even after more than one year.

Considering the serious allegations and the submissions made, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition simply directing the Tahasildar, Jatani (Opposite Party No. 2), to take a lawful decision on the Review Application of the Petitioner at Annexure-5 by completing entire exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. If there is any necessity, on the notice aspect from the Opposite Parties therein, for
