Considering the submission made, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Jatni, O.P.3 to dispose of Mutation Case No.11039/2022, if the same is still pending, but however involving all the Parties concerned within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
