Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize his service from the date of his initial joining and antedate his date of regularization at par with similarly situated employees, namely, Niranjan Patra and Rajib Lochan Mohanta, and further seeks direction to the opposite parties to fix up his seniority and to grant all consequential service and financial benefits within a stipulated time. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-6 and direction may be given to consider and dispose of the same, taking into consideration Annexure-8, within a stipulated time. 5.
Considering the limited nature of grievance made by the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6 taking into consideration Annexure-8, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
