The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash Annexure-10/3 dated 17.10.2022, by which the property belonged to the petitioner has been sold for an amount of Rs.55,34,000/-. 4.

As it appears, after payment of total auction amount, sale certificate has already been issued by the authority on 08.12.2022. Therefore, if the petitioner has any grievance, it may approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
