Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Order No.

For the concurrent finding of fact in the matter of eviction in exercise of power under Orissa Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971, this Court finds there is no scope for consideration that the petitioner-establishment was accommodated for long time and it takes some time for vacating the useful premises. In the event petitioner requests for accommodating it for further three months time, same may be considered and allowed. Let an application with affidavit be filed within a period of seven days hence. Till a decision is taken on the application of the petitioner, petitioner may not be evicted from the premises in question.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
