The petitioner, claiming land less person has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to settle the government land as per the provisions contained under Orissa Prevention of Land Encroachment Act 1972.

Considering the nature of prayer made by the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority in the prescribed form within a period of fifteen days hence, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law.
