Keeping in view the allegation of the Petitioner, this Court observes, in the event the Mutation Case No.11042 of 2022 vide Annexure-2 is still pending, the same may be disposed of at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however involving parties concerned.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
