Heard Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for the claimant Appellant and Mr.Mahali, learned counsel for InsurerRespondent No.2. 3.

Present appeal by the claimant-Appellant is against the judgment dated 26th November, 2021 of the Second Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Cuttack, in Misc.Case No.501 of 2015, wherein compensation to the tune of Rs.4,39,100/- has been granted along with interest @7% per annum with effect from the date of filing of the claim application on account of injury sustained by the claimant in the motor vehicular accident on 21st June, 2015.

Upon hearing both parties and considering the grounds of challenge advanced, a further consolidated amount of Rs.25,000/- is proposed to the parties in course of hearing. This is

agreed by Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for the claimantAppellant. Mr.Mahali, learned counsel for the Insurer leaves it to the discretion of the Court. As such, the amount is fixed to that extent.

In the result, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to the Insurer-Respondent No.2 to deposit a further consolidated compensation of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) before the Tribunal within a period of two months from today; where-after the same shall be disbursed in favour of the claimant on such terms and proportion to be fixed by the Tribunal. 6.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
