This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Petitioner has challenged the Constitutional validity of the Airport Authority of India (Ground Handling Services) Regulations, 2018 as also consequential communication dated 8th July, 2021 preventing the Petitioner from carrying out self handling services at Biju Patnaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar. 3.

Although an application has been moved for amendment for permission to place on record, a consolidated writ petition, however, at the time of argument, learned counsel submits that even the same does not include the entire grounds of challenge. Therefore, to avoid any further confusion, he prays for permission to withdraw the present consolidated writ petition so as to enable his clients to file fresh petition with complete and better particulars P.T.O.

// 2 // and Mr. Das, counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 and Mr. Bhokta, counsel for the Oppostie Party No. 1 have no objection to such recourse.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to file fresh petition on the same cause of action with better particulars. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
