This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ Order No.

physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Bhanjanagar P.S. Case No.247 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. Case No.475 of 2013 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar running for the alleged commission of offence under section-120B/467/468/471/420/406 of the IPC read with Section-4/5/6 of PCMCS (Banning) Act & Section-6 of the OPID Act, has filed this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case. 3.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record including the earlier order passed by this Court on 15.12.2021 in ABLAPL No.4069 of 2021 in respect of accused-Petitioners, Ashutosh Biswal & Bhabatosh Biswal; further keeping in view the other surrounding circumstances; this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
