Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the nomenclature of the CRLA may be changed as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter.

Accordingly, the nomenclature be changed from CRLA to BLAPL.

Issue notice to the Opposite Party-2 by Registered Post with AD making it returnable within four weeks. Requisites be filed within three working days.

List this matter after the Service Return from the Opposite Party No.2. In the meantime, learned counsel for the State shall obtain up-to-date Case Diary.
