This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioners alleged that upon submission of the representation at the instance of the Petitioners vide Annexure-3 and despite a communication vide Annexure-4 in the matter of redressal of grievance of the Petitioners since 19.08.2021, there is no progress involving such issue.

Keeping the allegation made by Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioners in view and looking to the development taken place involving the issue involved herein, this Court directs, in the event the representation of the Petitioners vide Annexure-3 has not be finalized, the same may be finalized providing personal hearing to the Petitioners and also taking into consideration the development through Annexure-4. 4.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Memo Nos.514(100) & 492(100) dated 7th January, 2022.
