Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In a long order after giving its view in Paragraph-4 vide order dated 23.03.2022, this Court while postponing the matter to 07.04.2022, directed Mr. Panda, learned Additional Government Advocate to take instruction on the giving effect to the order at Annexure-4. Subsequently this matter was also taken on 07.04.2022. On 07.04.2022 since Mr.Panda, learned Additional Government Advocate expressed his inability to submit the Court instruction regarding the action taken vide Order dated 23.03.2022 to itself explain to Court, this Court directed for personal appearance of the SubCollector, Baripada by posting this case to today. Today Miss.Anya Das, Sub-Collector, Baripada is present in Court, taking through affidavit disclosed therein that the direction vide Annexure-4 has already been worked out. There is no disagreement to this position by the respective counsels. Nothing survives in the writ petition. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
