Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.
It is alleged that in spite of allowing Mutation Case No.76 of 2003 vide Annexure-2, there is no correction of the record-of-right as of now. Considering the submission of learned counsel or the petitioner, this Court observes in the event there is no challenge to such order and there is no variation of such order by higher forum, the order vide Annexure-2 may be worked out undertaking complete effect to such orders within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner. 4.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
