This interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioner for modification/correction of order dated 27.01.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 41188 of 2021.

Considering the averments made in the application itself and after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 27.01.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.41188 of 2021 is recalled and fresh order is passed in W.P.(C) No.41188 of 2021.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to regularize his suspension period from 23.06.1993 to 31.03.1996 and disburse all pending dues as per fixation of pay scale within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-2 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-2, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
