This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. Order No.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with a direction to the Opposite Parties to sanction and disburse the Grade Pay of Rs.4600/- in 2nd RACP and Rs.5400/- in 3rd RACP including the differential arrear within a stipulated period. 3.

The petitioner ventilating his grievance has filed a representation dated 10.01.2018 before the District Welfare Officer, Chatrapur under Anexure-5, which is stated to be pending and it is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the opposite parties be directed to consider the case of the petitioner as per the settled law decided in the case of State of Odisha-vrs.- Biharilal Barik decided by this Court in W.P.(C) No.20358 of 2017 decided on 23.08.2017.

Considering the limited nature of prayer of the Petitioner in the light of the judgment in the case of State of Odisha-vrs.-

// 2 // Biharilal Barik decided by this Court in W.P.(C) No.20358 of 2017 decided on 23.08.2017, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the Competent Authority to dispose of the case of the petitioner by undertaking the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication.

Petitioner is directed to serve an extra copy of the brief on Mr.B. Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department for communication purpose. 6.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Office Order dated 7th January, 2022.
