This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

The petitioner in this writ petition seeks to implement the order dated 25.06.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 18582 of 2021. 3.

As it appears, though the petitioner had sought relief against Managing Trustee of Maa Tarini Thakurani, Ghatagaon, Keonjhar, but while disposal of W.P.(C) No. 18582 of 2021, he had not disclosed the said fact. Against the Managing Trustee of Maa Tarini Thakurani, Ghatagaon, the writ petition is not maintainable. But by means of the present writ petition, the petitioner wants to implement the order passed in W.P.(C) No. 18582 of 2021. 4.

In view of the above, the order dated 25.06.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 18582 of 2021 is recalled. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance, if he is so advised.

The writ petition thus stands disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with

certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
