It appears that this CRLMC was disposed of on 25.01.2022. Thereafter, the petitioner filed I.A. No. 1244 of 2022 for extension of time to surrender. When the matter was listed on 14.10.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner did not wish to press the I.A.. The prayer was allowed. But inadvertently, instead of I.A., the CRLMC was shown to have been dismissed as not-pressed.

It further appears that this matter was listed on 01.08.2023 for correction of order dated 14.10.2022. But inadvertently the CRLMC was shown to have been disposed of as withdrawn.
