Mr. Patnaik, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits, this is second contempt application. He submits, there was violation of directions made in order dated 11th December, 2020, by which his client's first contempt application was disposed of. 2.
Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of alleged contemners and submits, alleged contemner no.1 filed show cause. He relies upon it for purpose of defending both his clients. 3.
There cannot be cognizance of contempt on alleged violation of directions made in contempt jurisdiction. Court's power to make direction is provided either by the constitution or by relevant statute.

The contempt application is misconceived. No order can be made on it. It is dismissed.
