This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for early disposal of C.P. No.87 of 2019 pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal.

From the order sheet annexed to the writ petition as Annexure-2 series, it appears that written statement has not yet been filed. However, Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that written statement has already been filed in the meantime. He further submits that since the Petitioner does not have any independent source of income, the proceeding should be disposed of at an early date. 4.

From the averments made in the writ petition as well as submission made by Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner, it appears that the matter is not ready for hearing. Thus, the prayer for early disposal of C.P. No. 87 of 2019 cannot be granted.

However, the Petitioner is at liberty to move learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal for disposal of C.P. No.87 of

// 2 // 2019 at an early date stating the grounds therein when the matter becomes ready for hearing.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
