This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.1 to antedate the date of regularization of petitioner on completion of six years of service as has been extended to others along with all service and financial benefits within a stipulated time. 3.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-9, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexure-6, 7 and 8, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide
Annexure-9, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexure-6, 7 and 8, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
