Against the order of suspension, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition. 3.

At the outset, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, it is contended that the petitioner has already moved the authority by filing representation. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the authority to consider the representation filed by the petitioner afresh in accordance with law.
