The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " The Petitioners therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court would graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue Rule Nisi in the nature of writ of mandamus and/or any other writ/writs as deem fit and proper calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why they shall not be directed to pay due, adequate and appropriate compensation to the petitioners in respect of the lands covered under Plot Nos.515 and 516 to the extent of Ac.1.98 dec. and Ac.1.58 dec. respectively bearing Khata No.40 under Annexure-1, why the paltry sum of Rs.549/- (Rupees Five Hundred Forty Nine) only paid as compensation in respect of Plot No.517 area Ac.1.56 dec., shall not be enhanced appropriately and paid to the petitioners and alternatively why the representation submitted by the petitioners vide Annexure-4 shall not be considered by the Opp. Party No.4 within a specific period".

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting their grievance, the Petitioners have made representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-4 and the same may be directed to be

considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-4, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
