This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

It is submitted by Mr. Dhal, learned counsel for the Appellant that he does not want to press this CRLA for bail at this stage and further prays that a direction be given to the court below to expedite the same within a stipulated period of time. 3.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court disposes of the CRLA with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. In the event trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, it is open to the Appellant to file fresh application. In that event, the trial court shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law without being influenced by any other factor.
