In the course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application. Perused the report submitted by the learned J.M.F.C.,(UTP) Court, Cuttack vide letter No. 428 dated 23.09.2022 wherein it has been reported that the accused-petitioner herein has already been released from custody in G.R. Case No. 270 of 2016 out of which the present bail application arises.

In view of the above development and taking into account the submissions advanced for the Petitioner, the BLAPL stands disposed of as infructuous.
