This is an application for extension of the date of surrender of the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 25.01.2022. Considering the grounds stated in the interim application and on hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties, the date of surrender of the petitioner is extended till 16th December 2022. The rest part of the order dated 25.01.2022 remains unaltered. It is made clear that no further extension of the date of surrender shall be granted.
