This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). This is an application for modification/ correction of the order dated 25.01.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.16756 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 25.01.2022, the year of the P.S. Case as well as G.R. Case has been inadvertently mentioned as '2021' instead of '2020' and the same may be corrected.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the third sub-para of the

// 2 // order dated 25.01.2022, the G.R. Case number shall be read as '595 of 2020' instead of '595 of 2021' and the P.S. Case number shall be read as '198 of 2020' instead of '198 of 2021'.

With this modification, the rest part of the order dated 25.01.2022 remains unaltered.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
