Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The limited prayer of the Petitioner in this case is for a direction to the Director, Secondary Education, Orissa, Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 1.12.2021 (Annexure-9), if any, within a stipulated period. 3.

Considering the submission made, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 1.12.2021 (Annexure-9) and take a decision on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. It is needless to say that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
