Heard Mr. S.R. Pati, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties; and Mr. R.C. Mohanty, learned counsel for opposite party no.3.

On perusal of records it appears that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No. 32388 of 2022, which was disposed of on 30.11.2022. As such, for the selfsame cause of action, again the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
