This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard Mr. Ramdas Achary, learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 11022 of 2018, which has been disposed of by a Single Judge of this Court on 13.07.2018.

Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the detailed order dated 13.07.2018, passed in W.P.(C) No.11022 of 2018, this writ petition stands disposed of.

Opposite Party No.2 is directed to make requisition to the Maharaja Krushna Chandra Gajapati Medical College and Hospital at Berhampur to get the Petitioner medically examined to assess her extent of physical disability which she is suffering, within a week from the date of presenting of the representation along with the order

On receipt of such requisition, the Maharaja Krushna Chandra Gajapati Medical College and Hospital at Berhampur shall submit a report, within a period of four weeks therefrom, before Opposite Party No.2-Directorate of Secondary Education, Odisha, who shall take a decision on the basis of the medical report of the aforesaid medical college, as indicated hereinabove, and take a decision regarding engagement of the Petitioner in accordance with law. 7.
