The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. A.K. Mohanty, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs. S. Pattnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that though the order granting him bail has been passed on 5th May, 2022, but till date he could not be released due to non-furnishing of cash security of Rs.20 lakhs as a condition imposed in the said order of this court. It is further submitted that the said amount of cash security may be reduced to Rs.10 lakhs so that the Petitioner could be able to furnish. 4.

Upon hearing Mrs. Pattnaik, learned AGA for the State and considering the fact that the Petitioner has not been released till date despite the order of bail dated 5th May, 2022, the condition of deposit of cash security in the form of bank deposit is reduced to Rs.10 lakhs

and further, the condition regarding furnishing property security free from all encumbrances, is enhanced to Rs.60 lakhs. 5.

The order dated 5th May, 2022 is modified to the above extent. Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 6.

The I.A. is disposed of.
