Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.1 to consider the appeal dated 26.09.2021 under Annexure-10 of the petitioners to reengage them in the post of Messenger as there are lying several vacant posts taking into consideration their stringent financial condition, grinding poverty, starvation and unemployment and accordingly to extend all benefits including seniority w.e.f. the date of their initial engagement.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-10 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated
time, to which learned counsel for opposite party no.2 has no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-10 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
