Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has submitted a representation dated 29.9.2021 (Annexure-4) addressed to the Principal, Bhubanananda Odisha School of Engineering, Cuttack, Opposite Party No.3, which is stated to have been pending before the said Authority for consideration.

Learned Additional Government Advocate for the State has no objection, if a direction is given to the Opposite Party No.3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the submission made and the grounds taken in the petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the

// 2 // Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 29.09.2021 under Annexure-4 by passing a speaking and reasoned order, within a period of ten weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that if any decision is taken on the representation of the Petitioner, the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days from the date of such decision. 5.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
