Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The sole grievance of the Petitioners in the present writ petition is that non-formation of the School Management Committee and further non-appointment of Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson of the School even though notice was issued on 19.10.2021 to elect the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson on 27.10.2021 and the last date was fixed to 30.10.2021. It is further submitted by the Petitioners that they have submitted representation under Annexure-5 series before the Block Education Officer, Satyabadi Block, Puri, Opposite Party No.7, which is still pending consideration. 3.

Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department has no objection if a direction given to Opposite Party No.7 to take a decision on the representation of the Petitioners expeditiously.

In view of the above, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the Block Education Officer, Satyabadi Block, Puri, Opposite Party No.7 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioners under Annexure-5 series, if any, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and action as deem fit and proper be taken in the matter to redress the grievance of the Petitioners, but however giving opportunity of hearing to the affected parties. 5.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
