Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to extend salary and other allowances at par with the similarly regular teachers working in Government Primary and Upper Primary Schools befitting to their qualification and training qualifications and further to issue direction to the opposite parties to give all service benefits under Odisha Elementary Education (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service), 1997 with amendment Rules, 2019 came into force w.e.f. 08.03.2019 under Annexure-8 within a stipulated period.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure10 and the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of taking into consideration Annexure-8 within a

stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-10 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexure-8 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
