Since the suit is of the year 2020, this Court finds there is no Order No.

imminent danger on the defendant for the pendency of the suit, this Court is not inclined to target such matter. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners at this stage of the matter requests for withdrawal of the CMP with liberty to the petitioners to approach in case of such exigency in future.
