This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of this Court's order passed in W.P.(C) No.25094 of 2012 on 20.01.2021. 2.

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as this Court finds, no purpose will be served in issuing notice in such matters, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Parties to work out the direction of this Court issued in W.P.(C) No.25094 of 2012 on 20.01.2021, if the same has not been stayed by any higher forum, within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner. Failure of compliance of this Court's direction will be amounting to deliberate violation of the Court's direction.
