Heard Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

During course of hearing, Mr. Mishra wants to withdraw this application as he wants to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner. 4.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn.
